This part, known as the elevator rail or elevator rail, is the main component of the elevator system. It duplicates a structural frame that instructs the elevator car and the counterweight as they ascend and descend the elevator shaft. ·         Solid Elevator Rail: This system is made from a single piece of steel or aluminum. It is the most durable, reliable and fault tolerant of all three. These guide rails are known for their superior strength and durability, making them the number one choice for carrying a variety of loads in heavy duty elevators. Some models of guide plates in the market are as follows; (T45/A, T70-1/A, etc. are released to the market with some customizations such as weight per meter and width).

·         Hollow Elevator Guide Rail: They have an open center. Their strength is much less than solid rails, their weight is light and they have an average life span of 10 years. Since these rails are not required to carry heavy loads, they are often used in residences and buildings.

·         Escalator Guide Rail: These rails are specially designed. They play a vital role in ensuring the stability and alignment of steps and handrails. These rails are used for safe and comfortable passenger transportation on inclined surfaces. Generally, these systems are designed to contribute to efficiency in shopping malls, airports, escalators and escalators are designed for movement and accurate, stable operation.

What are the Basic Criteria for an Elevator Guide Rail?

While its size depends on the size of the building and the elevator system itself, there are various standards. It usually has standard widths of 75 mm to 300 mm and standard heights of 150 mm to 500 mm. These criteria are not absolute, they can be stretched and shaped entirely according to need.
