Bostick also had a starring role on the short-lived A.B.C. Family series Huge (2010), played Simon on the A.M.C. series The Killing (2011–2012), and had a recurring role on the Syfy series Defiance (2013–2015).

As of 2020, Devon Bostick is currently 32 years old. He was born on November 23, 1987, in Toronto, Canada. His father, Joe Bostick, is a film producer and his mother, Stephanie Gorin, is a talent agent. He has two older brothers named Jonathan and Daniel. Both of his parents are Jewish.

Bostick began acting at eight when he appeared in various commercials. His first film role was in the 2004 independent film The Uncles. In 2006, he had a small role in the Academy Award-nominated film Away from Her, directed by Sarah Polley. In 2007, Bostick starred as Simon Masrani Jr., the son of John Hammond (played by Sir Richard Attenborough), in Jurassic Park III. That same year, he had a lead role in the Canadian television series Flashpoint, where he played Michael “Mike” Scarlatti Jr., the son of Ed Scarlatti (played by Enrico Colantoni).
