CLAT, or Common Law Admission Test, is a national level exam conducted Consortium of NLUs. CLAT 2022 was conducted on 8 May 2022, but the exam date has been postponed to 19 June 2022. With the CLAT 2022 exam date postponement, CLAT Registration Date has been extended until 9 May 2022. Interested candidates can fill out the CLAT Application Form available on the official website.
CLAT is conducted for undergraduate and postgraduate law admissions at the prestigious NLUs. However, to be eligible to appear for CLAT, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria. Qualifying for CLAT 2022 exam will enable candidates to participate in the admission process at NLUs and other participating institutions.

CLAT is conducted by the Consortium of NLUs on National Law Universities’ behalf. Earlier, NLUs conducted CLAT on a rotational basis.
When will CLAT 2022 be conducted?
CLAT 2022 will be conducted on 19 June 2022.
Will NLU Delhi participate in CLAT?
NLU Delhi conducts the ‘All India Law Entrance Test (AILET)’ for admissions to the law programmes. However, the university does not participate in CLAT.
Can you apply for the CLAT exam offline?
CLAT applications are accepted through online mode only.
Is there any age limit for appearing in CLAT 2022?
There is no upper age limit to appear for CLAT 2022.
